The contents above are examples, not guaranteed packing lists. Ground beef comes in approximately 1 lb packs. Roasts are whole cuts with varying weights, and NY strip steaks are individually packaged. A pack of cube steak or beef tips may contain multiple pieces.
Approximate retail values are estimates for the example assortments. Each box has a fixed price, and contents are counted as packs, individual steaks, and whole roasts.
We build each box from our available packs, individual steaks, and whole roasts. Cuts may rotate with availability. Box prices and ground-beef pack prices are fixed; there are no weighing-based price adjustments.

Stock up for burgers, tacos, meatballs, and more. Our pasture-raised ground beef is available on its own in approximately 1 lb packs, with a lower price per pack when you order 10 or more standalone packs. One pack is one unit: choose your pack count, with no weighing or final price adjustment.

The $10.99 per pack bulk rate applies when you purchase 10 or more individual ground-beef packs. Ground beef included in a box does not count toward this threshold. Discounts do not stack.
